I have reached the platform at 23:15 and asked the driver if I can buy tickets from him, he said no, and asked me to go to the tickets machine. I asked him how long do I have, he said 5 min. He saw I was alone with my 6 years son and I asked him if he can wait in case I am 1 minute late. He told me “you have 5 min”. I we t with my son and my luggage, got the tickets from the machine and when I came back the bus was still there, the door was open and he did not allow me to board, he said I’m late. Although he was still there. My son started crying and I begged him please let us on the bus, its 20 past 23, we’ve had a long journey. He refused and closed the door.

How horrible and mean and just insane is this experience. How can you do something like that to a person that is travelling with a young child and again, the bus was still there.

We waited for the second bus, 20 min more and also found out the 23:40 driver was selling tickets there and had a card machine.

This driver is the most horrible person I have met in a long time and he deserves to be fired honestly. It is just horrible.

We were running late on our return flight and the driver waited the extra few minutes for us which if we missed it would have been a nightmare.
The seats wee comfortable the journey pleasant.

We missed a bus to the airport, but Komor was very understanding and really helpful. He helped us get into the bus at the right time. Without his help we wouldn’t have made it!

Software keeps crashing. Route finder only seems to work for simple journeys. Very bad & Frustrating experience booking. Actual ride fine.

Good service especially yesterday with heatwave only problem was the driver didn't open windows on coach we had air con but was too hot but was good journey

Travelling from Canada the coach seemed a good way to see more of the country side at a slower pace than the train. The drivers are always helpful and courteous, and it's certainly a lot less expensive than the train.

Delayed by 90 minutes (Ipswich coach) due to London protests despite London victoria and London Liverpool Street being on time. An elderly couple have been waiting for 6 hours, gave up and persuaded alternative transport (a £90 taxi) avoid at all costs

I would highly recommend this efficient and friendly service to all future customers and I have experienced only a great customer service and super driver`s that genuinly care for their custumers and go a mile to make sure the customers are safe and well looked after and in the future will only use this company to travel with and tick all the boxes. Super.

I couldn’t travel to Manchester airport by train because they’d been cancelled owing to heat wave. I took national express from Liverpool instead and it was quicker, more conbvenient in terms of pick up spot and also more comfortable with air con!! I won’t be getting the train to the airport anymore :)

Bus was on time and dropped off on time, perfect!
